This is another one of those "Watch and Wait" photographs that's all about the moment.
I noticed these two couples chatting by the mirror during the drinks reception and snapped a couple of frames, but decided to keep the camera to my eye and wait and see if something better would happen. It takes a certain amount of patience to stand perfectly still in the middle of a room full of people with the camera raised to your eye and wait.
Then one of the couples kissed and I snapped a picture.
I waited a fraction longer.
Then the other couple kissed.
If I can capture just one of these split second moments during a wedding day, I leave a happy photographer.
